2024, completed at KNOCK. Worked on the social launch for Asche & Spencer — a music production studio specializing in composing and recording original music since 1990. Their music has been featured in Oscar-winning feature films and Cannes Grand Prix-winning commercials. 

We grounded the launch in our “Feel More” campaign, which sought to honor the raw, human care behind Asche & Spencer. The studio’s authenticity feels increasingly valuable amid a growing sea of computer-generated music.

At the core of Asche & Spencer’s sound are expert musicians. For each track, we tap into our network of world-class talent — bringing in the right people to record together. Tom Scott’s musical prowess started at the age of six when his mother, a classically trained pianist and painter, taught him to read music, play piano, and improvise. He catapulted that early love of music into 20 years (and counting) of professional experience composing film and television scores — with many notable accolades. His works have premiered at Sundance and Cannes, he’s received McKnight and Bush Foundation fellowships, performed live with Chaka Khan and Norah Jones, conducted orchestral sessions across the US and Europe, and recorded traditional music in Africa and Bosnia. Tom also brings a tenured perspective to Asche & Spencer, collaborating on Academy Award-winning feature films like War Dance and scoring tracks for Super Bowl spots and Clio Award-winning ad campaigns.
