about my journaling & death work
Through guided journaling and legacy projects, I support people of all ages in building a curious, creative relationship with death, grief, and life. My work is rooted in the belief that facing mortality doesn’t have to happen alone or solely in response to crisis — and that our connections to self, others, and the world become richer when we wonder about our mortality and grief.
My practice is informed by training through Going With Grace’s end-of-life doula program, my role as a hospice volunteer at N.C. Little Hospice, my membership in the Minnesota Death Doula Collaborative, my creative career, and my own experience as a grieving human.
